In 2019 as the pandemic was approaching and primary care clinics were closing because of both the pandemic and massive wave of retiring family physicians, I started a multi-year effort to acquire multiple medical clinics, re-invent their care model, integrate more tech, and consolidate the services under one brand. I was in charge of all M&A negotiations, acquisition due diligence, investor relations, and clinical operations. We quickly grew from 0 to being one of the largest primary care providers in one of the fastest growing cities in Canada.

Next, the goal is to take the wealth of experience accumulated here to launch again in a larger market with a tech-first integrated care delivery platform that serves a massive segment of patients.
